Cancellations and Refund Policies

At KuzminSLP, we strive to provide high-quality continuing education programs. However, in the event that a program is canceled or rescheduled, the following refund policy applies:

Program Cancellation:
If a program is canceled by KuzminSLP, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

Participants may also choose to transfer their payment to a future course of equal value.

Program Rescheduling:
If a program is rescheduled, participants will be notified promptly via emails and on the website.

Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled program will be offered a full refund or the option to apply their payment to a future course.

Refund Requests:
Refund/Credit requests must be submitted in writing (submitting the refund/credit form) via email within 14 days of the cancellation or reschedule notification. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

KuzminSLP Participant Cancellation Refund Policy

KuzminSLP understands that circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their registration. The following policy applies to refund requests for participant cancellations:

Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email by submitting a participant cancellation form

Refund Eligibility:
Full Refund: Participants who cancel at least 14 days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund of registration fees.

Partial Refund:
Participants who cancel 7–13 days before the program start date will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fees.

No Refund:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date.

Transfer Option:
As an alternative to a refund, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future program of equal value, subject to availability.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

This policy ensures fairness while maintaining the financial sustainability of our programs.

KuzminSLP Complaint Resolution Policy

KuzminSLP is committed to providing high-quality continuing education programs and services. If an individual is not satisfied, the following steps will be taken to resolve the complaint:

Submission of Complaint:
Complaints must be submitted in writing via email or an online form, detailing the specific issue, course, and date.

Acknowledgment:
The complaint will be acknowledged within five business days, confirming receipt and providing an expected timeline for resolution.

Review and Investigation:
The complaint will be reviewed by the course administrator or a designated representative. All relevant information will be gathered and analyzed.

Resolution:
A proposed resolution will be communicated to the complainant within 15 business days. This may include corrective actions, additional support, or refunds, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Escalation:
If the complainant is not satisfied with the proposed resolution, they may request a further review by the organization’s leadership, whose decision will be final.
